1. Account creation and usage a) All information that you supply is 100% true and correct, and you are the holder of this information. The information you submit will be valid for you only, and no other person. You may not create an account on behalf of another person or identity. b) Users must occupy a valid and accessible residential or business address, in order to receive gifts or free items. It is not possible to have an item delivered in anyone else's name other than the account holder, to their address on file. c) No user may have more than 1 account. Any breach of this rule will result in permanent suspension of that user, and all associated accounts put on hold. The following will determine whether or not FreeFlamingo may class an account as a "duplicate": ci) IP address. It must be ensured that no two users have the same IP address. Any such accounts associated with linking IP addresses will be put on hold. Please ensure that no other users in your household or family sign up more than one account. cii) Users may only create one account per household. A residential or business address may not be used on more than one account. Any such accounts associated with linking postal addresses will be put on hold. ciii) Users may not access multiple accounts on the same computer, or from the same IP address. Such activity will be treated as breach of the terms and conditions of FreeFlamingo (see 1ci ). d) FreeFlamingo reserves the right to ask users for proof of address at any time. Failure to provide proof of address may result in any associated accounts being placed on hold, or any outstanding credits revoked. e) You are solely responsible for the usage of your account. If you share your account details or password, you will be held solely responsible for consequences of any resulting abuse. We take no responsibility for hacked accounts, or accounts accessed by a third party. It is your responsibility as the account holder, to ensure all of your login details are secure. f) Users may sign up with 1 email address only. This cannot be changed at any point during registration, or after an order completion. Because many products are sent digitally, we have this policy in place to reduce the chance of fraudulent or sold accounts. There is no exception to this policy. All email addresses must be verified when placing an order, to confirm account ownership. g) If a user account has been suspended, or put on hold, it is forbidden for a second account to be created. Doing so will be in breach of the terms and conditions of FreeFlamingo (See 1c), and any other associated accounts will be suspended, and outstanding credits revoked. 2. Completing offers a) In order for a user to receive credit for completing an offer, it must be ensured the offer is completed by clicking on that offer from the "offers" section of your account. Completing an offer any other way will not result in any credit on your behalf. b) In order for a user to receive credit for completing an offer, it must be ensured that the user has enabled the storage of cookies on their computer. If cookies cannot be stored, then offers will not be tracked, and consequently, not credited to the user account. Installation of cookie prevention software, or anything similar, may also result in the user receiving no credit for their completed offer. c) All offers must be completed within a 10 day timescale of clicking on the offer. All cookies have an expiry time, and depending on the offer, the expiry time will differ. To ensure all credits are issues appropriately, users should complete an offer in the same browsing session as clicking on the offer link. d) FreeFlamingo reserves the right to refuse credit for any offers completed by the user. This may include, but is not limited to, the following: di) Multiple account creation. (See 1c). e) There may be a delay of up to 30 days before any offer is credited. Within this time period, FreeFlamingo reserve the right to either credit the user, or pass on the offer as invalid. FreeFlamingo cannot guarantee a time in which any offer will be credited, and any given times are approximations. f) FreeFlamingo may revoke (reverse, delete, erase) any credit that has previously been awarded to a user. The grounds for having a credit revoked may include, but is not limited to: fi) Breach of any listed terms and conditions, in particular, 1c), 2d). g) Credits may not be transferred through accounts. h) Any users that complete more than 1 offer, will not be credited for that second offer. It is only neccessary for each user to complete one offer before referring others, in order for their to receive their free gift. Users that complete the same offer twice, may have their accounts placed on hold. i) All users will be credited for their completed offers as fairly as possible. If any user feels that they have not received credit fairly, they can submit a credit application form by logging into their user area. 3. User referrals a) A valid user referral will be one where any user has signed up via a referral link. Once a referral link has been clicked on, the user must sign up account in that browsing session, in order for it to be classed as a valid referral. b) Referral links can be found in the user account. The referral link should not be modified in any way. Users found doing so could have referrals deleted, and their account put on hold. c) All referrals will go through strict fraud checks, of which most are outlined in section 1c) of the terms and conditions. d) In order for you to receive your free gift, referrals must also complete 1 offer. Depending on the amount of referrals a user needs for a free gift, will depend on how many people they must refer. e) FreeFlamingo reserves the right to change the referral requirements for all displayed prizes, at any given time, without notice. 4. Account suspension and user management a) If any user account does not fully adhere to the terms and conditions, their account may be put on hold, or fully suspended. ai) Put on hold - A user account will have access temporarily limited. This will mean that offers cannot be completed, and any referrals may be classed as void. Users are prohibited from creating secondary accounts. aii) Suspended - A user account will be permanently inaccessible, and any offers completed will be void. b) Users may receive prior warning to their account being put on hold, or suspended. However, FreeFlamingo reserve the right to carry out both procedures with no prior warning. c) Any suspended account, regardless of the number of credits/referrals, will not receive a free gift, and all credits will be revoked. d) Accounts on hold may either be reinstated, or permanently suspended. FreeFlamingo may ask for proof of offer completion, or account information, in order for an account to be reinstated. e) Users conducting any illegal or fraudulent activity will be held fully responsible, and remain punishable by law. 5. Possible reasons for account suspension: a) Multiple accounts under 1 IP address. (IP address can be that of signup, or that of account access). b) Multiple accounts under 1 address c) Multiple accounts 1 telephone number d) Users that have complete the same offer multiple times. e) Users that promote their referral link in deceiving or fraudulent ways, that are in breach of our terms of service, or principles of receiving a free gift. FreeFlamingo reserves the right to determine whether or not promotional methods are considered in breach of the terms and service. f) Communication from commissioning affiliates in regard to the poor quality of user referrals or completed offers. g) Use of a proxy server to complete offers, or access accounts, in order to deceive or mask information visible to FreeFlamingo, or affiliates. h) FreeFlamingo reserves the right to suspend users for any other reasons, at their discretion. |
