Password

If you've forgotten your password, then please use the forgotten password link. This is located on the login page, at the website you originally registered on. If you do not receive your reset email, then please contact us via the contact page.

Email address

We may not change your email address under any circumstances. If you have changed your email address, then please sign up a new account. Likewise, if you have made a mistake in your email address when signing up, you will need to create another account.

Account suspensions

If you have breached the terms and conditions, then your account will be placed on hold. If you do not know why your account has been put on hold, then please read the message shown at the bottom of the "status" page when you login. For further information, please open up a support ticket.
